The KineticRT Full Body Workout Kit provides the tools you need to improve total body strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. This bodyweight resistance trainer kit combines two great Myosource resistance training products that help you easily target and strengthen individual muscle groups for an exceptional strength building workout for every part of your body.

Kinetic Mini Loop Resistance Bands

This product is very versatile with multiple uses for fitness, toning, firming, warm up, stretching, flexibility, Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, Postpartum workouts, cardio, sports conditioning, and/or weightlifting; increase first step quickness and reaction time and improve lateral movement for sports.

Mini loop bands are ideal for physical therapy and the rehabilitation of knee, back, hip and other lower body injuries. Help your body find the weak point and strengthen the muscles around that area, reducing stress and improving recovery time and results.
