Elite SRS Spark Speed Rope

The Spark is a perfect speed rope for all users – from beginners to double under professionals. Featuring ultra-light ergonomic handles with a dimpled design made from unbreakable plastic, paired with a nylon coated steel cable for infinite use.

Sizing:

Included cable is 10ft long and fits any user up to 6’4” tall. To adjust the rope to a custom length, loosen the adjustable screw and collar system, slide the handle and collar to the desired position. Tighten the screw and cut off the extra cable length.
